A Public Consultation on Ireland's approach to the implementation of the International Decade for People of African Descent, will be held on April 3, 2019, at the Department's building on 51 St. Stephens's Green.
The consultation, led by the Department of Justice and Equality, invites African Diaspora communities and experts in the fields of Business, Health, Education, Tech, Advocacy, African Culture and Human Rights.
The consultation hopes to explore how to achieve the objectives set out by the United Nations for the International Decade, by providing an opportunity for the public to share their views and generate ideas.
The consultation will have limited capacity and requires advanced registration. Registration will be open until 12 noon April 2, 2018. If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance.
